Q: When will my order arrive?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before noon Mountain Standard Time normally ship the same day. Exactly when your order will arrive depends on shipping time (time in transit).
If you select USPS Standard Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 2-6 days.
If you select USPS Priority Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 2-4 days.
If you ordered Internationally, your order will ship via Fedex International Priority Mail. Orders shipped using this method typically arrive to their destination in just a few days.
If you are ordering for an event, we recommend ordering the lashes as soon as you possibly can to ensure that all items are in stock (sometimes items go on back-order from the manufacturers, and we just have to wait until they become available again before we can re-stock them. This is completely out of our control. We do our best to stock huge quantities of lashes and accessories so that we can supply to all of our customers all the time).
There can also be postal delays, so to ensure that your items are there in plenty of time for your event, please contact us ahead of time to let us know that you will be placing the order, or order as soon as you know you will be needing the items.

A: If an item is out of stock on our website, it usually means the item is back-ordered with the manufacturer.
