Q: If I buy in bulk, will I save more?

A: Although our prices are already very low, customers who order wholesale quantities (1000 + pairs) are eligible for an additional savings.

Q: When will my order arrive?

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before noon Mountain Standard Time normally ship the same day.  Exactly when your order will arrive depends on shipping time (time in transit).

If you select USPS Standard Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 2-6 days.

If you select USPS Priority Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 2-4 days.

If you ordered Internationally, your order will ship via Fedex International Priority Mail.  Orders shipped using this method typically arrive to their destination in just a few days.

If you are ordering for an event, we recommend ordering the lashes as soon as you possibly can to ensure that all items are in stock (sometimes items go on back-order from the manufacturers, and we just have to wait until they become available again before we can re-stock them.  This is completely out of our control.  We do our best to stock huge quantities of lashes and accessories so that we can supply to all of our customers all the time).

There can also be postal delays, so to ensure that your items are there in plenty of time for your event, please contact us ahead of time to let us know that you will be placing the order, or order as soon as you know you will be needing the items.

Q: When will a product be back in stock?

A: If an item is out of stock on our website, it usually means the item is back-ordered with the manufacturer.

It's difficult for us to predict when back-ordered items will become available again.

If your order is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us, so that we can assist!

Q: What's the difference between Red Cherry Lashes, Ardell Lashes, and Eylure Lashes?

A: These are all best-selling lash brands used by makeup artists, celebrities, performers, models, actresses, dance studios, figure skaters, and salons.  They are also a great solution for every day lashes since they are so easy to use and affordable without sacrificing quality.

Ardell has many different styles, and has been the number one lash brand for many years.  The lashes are made with real sterilized human hair, and there are many natural, dramatic and glitter/bling lashes to choose from.  Ardell also has many beauty accessories including a line of amazing brow products.  Ardell also makes Lash be Long, a top of the line lash extension brand used by most salons.  They are very high quality, and there are also special Lash be Long adhesives that are surgical grade for the most sensitive eyes.

Red Cherry Lashes are a newer brand than Ardell, but have still been around for a while. They have become a top choice for many lash-wearers.  They are so soft, and also made with sterilized human hair.  Makeup artists like them because they are dramatic while still being super comfortable.  The most popular Red Cherry Lashes are: 43 (Stevi), WSP (Wispy), DW (Demi Wispy),  102 (Chakra), 605 ( Berkley),   523 (Sage), 415 (Ivy), 48 (Darla), 213 (Harley), 510 (Juliet), 47 (Harper), and 217 (Trace).

Eylure Lashes are synthetic, and not made with human hair.  They are more dramatic, and will easily transform one's appearance.  They are great for stage makeup and performances.

Q: Do Red Cherry Lashes come in brown?

A: Unfortunately, Red Cherry Lashes only come in black at this time.

Q: Are Red Cherry Lashes red?

A: No, Red Cherry Lashes are black.  This is just their brand name.

Q: What products are best for sensitive eyes?

A: The Duo Brush On Lash Adhesive is latex free, and an amazing glue!  It is super easy to use, holds well, and is extremely gentle.  It even contains special vitamins and minerals.

The Red Cherry Lashes (43, DW, WSP, and 217) are great lashes to wear for the most sensitive eyes since the lash band is so soft, and the lashes are very natural.

The Ardell Wispies, Demi Wispies, 105, and 117 are excellent choices as well.

Q: What lashes do you sell that come in brown?

A: All of our brown lashes are in the Brown Lashes category, and made by Ardell.
